- There is absolutely no smoking inside ANY university building. Our city
- regulates smoking in "public" areas such as restaurants, and yes, bars. Most
- likely, there will be no smoking inside restaurants in the near future, but
- bars maybe exceptions.

- Faculty and staff offices are considered INSIDE a university building.
- Result: People who really have to take a puff must choose between that or
- freezing their butts!
