  15. There is absolutely no smoking inside ANY university building.  Our city
  16. regulates smoking in "public" areas such as restaurants, and yes, bars.  Most
  17. likely, there will be no smoking inside restaurants in the near future, but
  18. bars maybe exceptions.

  20. Faculty and staff offices are considered INSIDE a university building.
  21. Result:  People who really have to take a puff must choose between that or
  22. freezing their butts!
