  13. For years before VCRs came along (this sure dates me!) we were watching
  14. captioned 16mm versions of popular films provided by Captioned Films
  15. for the Deaf.  Now they are into videos.  The agency was established
  16. by an act of Congress and is funded, I believe, under the Dept of
  17. Education.  Your financial contribution is due April 15.
