  25. him on the net (he's the advisor of a graduate student who is my next-door
  26. neighbor), or is he really well known in human factors?  If the latter,
  27. what do you know of him and his work.  I've been bugging my next-door
  28. neighbor into suggesting that I present Powers's demos to Wicken's research
  29. group.  What might I be in for?

  92. Interesting idea.  I wonder what type of impression it would leave to have
  93. a reply signed by a dozen or two PCTers.  They might think that it's a
  94. movement.  But then, that's just what it is.

  96. But I wonder how we will get people who are con PCT to review the books?
  97. PCT is so widely unknown that I don't see how any of the "con" reviewers
  98. would want to bother critiquing it.  And I regularly turn down book review
  99. offers because of time demands and book reviews don't provide many academic
  100. brownie points.  Perhaps the "feedback too slow" review needs to be done
  101. first and then sent to potential reviewers as the "bait."

  103. In any case, I think we need to serious discuss our strategy here in order
  104. to take full advantage of this opportunity it indeed it becomes reality.
