- Hello. I am new to this listserver and I would just like to ask a general queson
- about Circulation. Is circulation is department that usually has a
- librarian with an MLS in "charge"? I am working on my masters right now
- and my only experience in libraries thus far has been in circulation, which
- I like. But is it a place where one "needs" an MLS? I hope that doesn't
- sound awful. I just wonder how many people on this listserver are
- "librarians" in the MLS sense. I am considering staying in the area of
- circulation, since I do like is so much. Any opinions, tips, suggestions,
- etc. would be greatly appreciated. This is only my second semester, so
- I have lots more to learn!! :)

- Thank you,
