  14. I don't know about Nebraska, but in Florida a remote ATM must either be
  15. owned/licensed/bonded by a chartered bank or the institution must
  16. qualify as a banking institution (or equivalent) in accordance with
  17. specific rules.  Is your library 'rich' enough to maintain the
  18. thousands of dollars it takes to stock such a machine? ... and the
  19. bookkeeping ...and the security ...and the responsibility ...and
  20. the maintenance ...and the refunds for malfunction ...and the armored
  21. truck to carry the money to/from the bank ... No way would I
  22. undertake such a project|
