- I don't know about Nebraska, but in Florida a remote ATM must either be
- owned/licensed/bonded by a chartered bank or the institution must
- qualify as a banking institution (or equivalent) in accordance with
- specific rules. Is your library 'rich' enough to maintain the
- thousands of dollars it takes to stock such a machine? ... and the
- bookkeeping ...and the security ...and the responsibility ...and
- the maintenance ...and the refunds for malfunction ...and the armored
- truck to carry the money to/from the bank ... No way would I
- undertake such a project|
