  17. Considering the difficult climate for new print serials these days, I'd suggest
  18. an e-journal along the lines of The Newsletter for Serials Pricing or Psycholo-
  19. quy.  Articles could be formally edited or even peer-reviewed, and distributed
  20. via Circplus or subscribed to separately.  Contributors could write up more
  21. formal summaries of responses to queries they put out on Circplus, write "how
  22. we did it" articles, or write on how to handle the management issues we deal
  23. with in Access Services.
