- I remember the day STAR WARS opened in NYC - I convinced my roommates
- that we had to see this film NOW so we made the trek downtown where
- they were giving out buttons that read "May the force be with you" to
- everybody in the audience - I also remember argueing abour where to sit -
- I finaly sat by myself in the third row of this large screen theater (it
- could have been the Ziegfeld) - The film was quite stunning right from the
- openning credits - I do also remember a scene where Luke tries at least
- twice to get the hook to catch - I guess we need a director's cut - Could
- it be it was shortened slightly for TV or for more viewing per day at
- a theater?
