  13.     I experienced the same problem in another shop (on CICS 2.1.2) and it was
  14. the LOGMODE in the TCT. The same thing gave us problems trying to print to our
  15. remote printers from a CICS transaction, however we could get it to work
  16. locally...that was not only a bad TCT, but the printers had been set up in the
  17. wrong mode on their end (they could emulate several types of terminals on
  18. their hardware configuration menu). Some terminals also have internal hardware
  19. configuration menus...
