  12. I've heard Dave Hole the Aussie bluesman played a couple times over the
  13. past few weeks on the Wed night blues show. Tonight I called in and
  14. requested him, so I could concentrate and give a very short critique
  15. of his playing. They played the title cut off his 1st and only album,
  16. (called ???). I considered his electric slide playing very good and tasty.
  17. He wasn't overly flashy, but he threw in a couple extra stretches for
  18. those 'out of the way' notes. He's definitely not up to the standards of
  19. Duane or Johnny, but still overall it was good, melodic, and pretty clean
  20. except for a couple quick runs he threw in.

  22. Now this was only 1 song I heard, but still I liked it enough to want to
  23. hear more - supposedly he's seeing how this record sells before launching
  24. his next effort.
