  18. Point of clarification: Amtrak doesn't call the shots on the window issue.

  20. This is up to the JPB to fund.  And while we're on the subject, yes,
  21. the JPB has agreed to accelerate the window-replacment program.  At
  22. the previous rate of replacement (something like 24/month), it would
  23. have taken another 7 or 8 years to finish.  Under the accelerated
  24. replacement program I think they said they'd be done in a year or
  25. two.
