- This is up to the JPB to fund. And while we're on the subject, yes,
- the JPB has agreed to accelerate the window-replacment program. At
- the previous rate of replacement (something like 24/month), it would
- have taken another 7 or 8 years to finish. Under the accelerated
- replacement program I think they said they'd be done in a year or
- two.
