  24.     Maybe I should have been clearer. It looked like there wasn't
  25. much of a railing; maybe to about a foot or so. If there was a
  26. standard-height railing on the upper floors of the CalTrain passenger
  27. cars, then I may not have noticed it (I've never stayed long up there
  28. because the windows there are so Ikky).
