- I think he is arguing that if a state passes a law making sodomy
- a criminal offense, "Hey! It's just part of the social contract."
- If he can't persuade people, he'll just have to learn to change.
- It's not like there's any fundamental human right, involved, or
- any of that other silly "moral absolutist" nonsense that proper
- intellectuals have learned is to be avoided.
