  22. I think he is arguing that if a state passes a law making sodomy
  23. a criminal offense, "Hey!  It's just part of the social contract."
  24. If he can't persuade people, he'll just have to learn to change.
  25. It's not like there's any fundamental human right, involved, or
  26. any of that other silly "moral absolutist" nonsense that proper
  27. intellectuals have learned is to be avoided.
