- Isn't it a bit early to march and rally? Support, letters, and
- phone calls to Congress, the President, and the Pentagon, yes, by
- all means. But this is looking to become a troublesome political
- engagement, Executive Order or no, and the anticipated Clinton
- action may yet prove Pyrrhic.
