- A scrubbing-type dish sponge (e.g. Schotchbrite) is really
- the best way. The problem of course is you tear up the
- sponge real bad. So, use a sponge that's most the way
- through its useful life rather than a new one. When it's
- become too shredded up, toss it.

- Rather than the 4-sides ones, we have a grater that
- consists of a shallow metal bowl, and a disk-shaped
- grater that forms the top to the bowl. More convenient
- on all counts.
