- I'm repeating myself but here goes:
-
- In Monterey / Pacific Grove, Fandango is the nicest
- little resataurant you will find.
-
- And down in Cambria, go to Robin's.
-
- As for where to stay, in the past I've always thoroughly
- liked the Best Western in Pacific Grove... the
- last motel before the cemetary and ocean, and a second
- floor room facing that direction is perfection. However,
- I hear they're going through a gory remodeling so don't
- know what it would be like to stay there right
- now. (anybody know?)
-
- Staying at the conference center in Asilomar can
- be interesting, although there's a huge range of
- types and locations of rooms.
-
- And I like staying at the San Simeon Pines in Cambria.
