- if you're referring to the 4-sided ones - I use warm to hot water which
- helps 'melt' the cheese as soon as I can after using it, then I take a
- vegetable brush (or any brush that you have around that you clean
- dishes with), put a little soap on the brush the grater in the opposite
- direction of the cutting edges, then I use the brush on the inside
- to get any cheese still in there or attached to the inside - then rinse it
- well & let drip dry, e.g.,
