- Most probably. After all, as you said, those lists are traded
- (usually without the permission of the people on them). I know I've
- recieved unsolicited mail addressed to me personally, and upon inquiries
- found that my name was supplied by a completely different organisation. Such
- trading of mailing lists is something that does indeed disturb me.
- However, as Mr.Swan made the point in the weekend papers, the evidence
- that he's threatening to use in his "outing" comes more from anecdotal evidence
- provided by staff at the various shops. Which of course raises the question
- of its accurracy, now doesn't it?

- No, I don't think "sinister" is the right word Dave. Hypocracy of
- the worst kind because are they not only lying to the public but it would
- appear to themselves as well. That sort of personality has _severe_
- problems IMO.
