  21. On the contraray, the Countdown shows just go to show that people who liked
  22. pop music (e.g. the teenie boppers you mentioned) had it so much better
  23. then, even during the mid 80s.  Even if you didn't like the music in the
  24. mid 70's shows, you have to admit that Countdown then was a happenning
  25. thing, moving and grooving from one hit song to another, you know what I mean.

  27. There's nothing nearly as good now, not on TV, and not even on commercial radio.
  28. (unless you like oldies).  What a pitty.
