- A book which I still go to for reference is the _Reader's Digest
- Complete Guide to Sewing_. It covers everything from sissors to
- buttonholes, and even has some funky 1970's sewing projects at the
- end. Its focus is on clothing, but much of that information can be
- used for other things as well. It is well organised and has many
- diagrams and pictures.

- I received mine as a gift many years ago. You might check your local
- bookstore or ask if it can be ordered. The ISBN is 0-89577-026-1 and
- it is published by the Readers Digest Association, Pleasantville, NY.
