  10. I recieved a comment from a person explaining to me the reason for the data
  11. channel being switch between frequencies.  He told me that it is because the
  12. transmitters need to cool down so they won't burn out.  I thought that it was
  13. kind of an interesting comment.
  14. A glitch has happened to our new trunked system here.  All of a sudden we are
  15. not hearing the tones on our GE system.  The repeater closes and the tones try
  16. to come on but they are not working.  Another friend from this fine group told
  17. me that they have lots of problems with the software in the computers that run
  18. these complicated systems.
