- I recieved a comment from a person explaining to me the reason for the data
- channel being switch between frequencies. He told me that it is because the
- transmitters need to cool down so they won't burn out. I thought that it was
- kind of an interesting comment.
- A glitch has happened to our new trunked system here. All of a sudden we are
- not hearing the tones on our GE system. The repeater closes and the tones try
- to come on but they are not working. Another friend from this fine group told
- me that they have lots of problems with the software in the computers that run
- these complicated systems.
