  17. The FTP site garfield.catt.ncsu.edu has a text file (compressed) that I
  18. compiled from posts in the newsgroup.

  22. It be transferred in an uncompressed format by simply omitting the 2 entension
  23. in the filename (.z) .  (Use a Ascii transmission if done this way)
