At an MBTI workshop I recently attended, X scores were described as "tensions"
in that function, characterized by jumping back and forth between, say, I and E
behaviors because the scorer doesn't really feel entirely comfortable in either
mode. With this many X's in her score, my best guess is that your colleague is
going through an intense transitional period right now and may really not be
sure who she is at the moment. Or, maybe having consciously decided her first
scores were invalid interfered with her being able to take the test accurately
the second time. Either way, I think that if she feels the need to pursue this,she should probably see a professional of some sort and take the "real" MBTI
