  29. Actually, quite a lot of these piddling little changes were inherited from
  30. the FSF v19 back when we were still living under the illusion that we were
  31. working together.  Any time I've changed the behavior of something that is
  32. user-visible, I've tried to document it in the NEWS file (I'm sure I missed
  33. some, but I have been trying.)

  41. file.  If you notice any others, let me know and I'll document them there.
