- Actually, quite a lot of these piddling little changes were inherited from
- the FSF v19 back when we were still living under the illusion that we were
- working together. Any time I've changed the behavior of something that is
- user-visible, I've tried to document it in the NEWS file (I'm sure I missed
- some, but I have been trying.)

- I suspect there aren't a whole lot that haven't already made it into the NEWS
- file. If you notice any others, let me know and I'll document them there.
