- In the earlier days of the internet (i.e. before archie), there used to be
- such a list on pilot.njin.net, but as far as I know it is no longer up
- to date. Just telnet to any archie server (see the FAQ for details) and
- use the 'list' command. This will show you the sites that the archie server
- is contacting frequently to update its database of ftp'able files.
