  11. The recent post on Clinton's promise about opening the military led me
  12. to think that I haven't heard any recent talk about gay civillians 
  13. getting security clearances.  Does anyone have any recent information?

  15. There were a few individuals in the Stanford area that succeeded in
  16. getting clearance after long struggles during 1991-92, but no
  17. general policy emerged.
