  14. i think "Subject:" says it all:
  15. we have a brand new rs6000-station with a 24Bit/RGB-Display-Console.

  17. we like to display some high-end images (in *.jpeg-format),
  18. but all our (old) X-viewers (XV 2.21 and xloadimage) can only
  19. user 256 colors.

  21. is there any tool to get full use of the 24bit-images.
  22. (even a *.ppm-viewer would do!)
