  36. Depends on what you mean by "consent".  I don't agree with the idea
  37. that a woman who consents to sex while drunk isn't really
  38. consenting and is thus being raped- but there have been many, many
  39. cases of women being violated while passed out drunk, or merely
  40. because they were too drunk to resist.  That is rape.  And yes,
  41. a women who gets roaring drunk at a frat party where she doesn't
  42. know anybody is being stupid; I fail to see how that justifies 
  43. rape, however.
