- Well the list mentioned earlier was fairly comprehensive including
- songs such as "Ramble on", "Misty Mountain Hop", and "Battle of Evermore".
- However, Zep's most popular song, "Stairway to Heaven", has a reference to
- JRRT in that the lyrics go something like this (and there's a lady who's sure
- **all that glitters is gold** and she's buying a stariway to heaven). I have
- always found it interesting to see what other artists reference Tolkien. For
- example,as an aside, I know that Stephen King has mentioned Tolkien's works in
- a couple of his novels (I can't tell you which one's of the top of my head).
- Does anyone else know of other people that use JRRT?
