  13. If I remember correctly, there were already Numenorian colonies located
  14. at Pelargir and Isengard (although Orthanc wasn't built yet) that were
  15. built long before around the middle of the Second Age (when the numenorians
  16. landed to help drive Sauron from Eriador)
