- The exiled party's plan was to leapfrog the hippies by transfering power
- from the WWII generation to the young right wing mutants exemplified by
- Dan Quayle. One way of doing this is to have disqualifiers like pot usage
- or antiwar activities. With Clinton's election, the plan has been scuttled.
