  35. All right. I see where we disagree. I don't see the actual restriction
  36. as making one less than human but the legality of the restriction. I.e.
  37. I am no more human when the government owns me but doesn't tell me what
  38. to do (e.g. when I've registered for the draft, but not been drafted)
  39. as when it is telling me what to do (ten-hut) . If you don't hold this
  40. perspective, I can see how we would disagree.
