  19. the amount predicted.  When Reagan and Bush raised the tax rates, the
  20. amount generated was less than predicted.

  22. While this definitely does not show where the peak may be, it does indicate
  23. to me that our tax rate is currently above the peak.

  25. NOTE:  Even if you do happen to find the peak, changes in society, technology
  26. and other taxes will quite probably move the peak next year.
