  28. Our destroyed cities aren't the fault of corruption in HUD, massive
  29. social cutbacks, and generally insane redistribution of wealth upwards...
  30. they're the fault of Marion Barry. By the mere act of smoking crack in
  31. a hotel room, he singlehandedly caused all the problems of poverty,
  32. drug addiction, and homelessness.

  34. Our $4 trillion national debt isn't the fault of gigantic increases in
  35. spending for useless weapons, simultaneous tax cuts, and totally demented
  36. back-of-the-napkin economic policy; it's because of that damned Lawrence
  37. Welk museum. If we hadn't built that museum, we'd have $4 trillion in the
  38. bank, right now, this instant.
