  27. It will probably make things worse, though we haven't seen proof that such
  28. tax hikes are coming, much less the details of them.  I won't deny that some
  29. tax hikes are almost certainly coming.  Still, though, I still fear those with
  30. a "the end is near" mentality.

  32. I didn't vote for Clinton, and as I said, I very rarely vote for Democrats.
  33. I think most liberal Democrat policy is bad for various reasons.  I fear that
  34. a large injection of liberalism could spoil a recovery (or turn a decent
  35. recovery into a feeble one).  Just the same, I'm just hoping for the best
  36. but expecting less than that.  Yet I still hope that the Clinton administration
  37. is a very successful one--for as many of us as possible.
