  15. Let's imagine a family ... Mom, dad, a couple of kids and one on the 
  16. way. Dad has a good job, mom's on maternity leave. Dad and the two 
  17. kids get killed in a fiery car wreck. Dad leaves no will. Two days 
  18. later, mom gives birth. Does that child have any right to inherit from 
  19. his or her father?

  21.         It is logical to assume that the child does have a right to 
  22. some of his or her dad's estate. If so, that child must have a legal 
  23. personality in the womb, no?
