- I agree with you, tim. But for sure there is somewhere in between these
- two extremes. Obviously, we don't want to vote on every law or on every
- disgressionary spending bill. On the other hand, if the government wants
- to issue a new tax, I'd like to vote on it. Same goes for big borrowing
- bills...
