  16. Some crafters have absolutely NO ambition to be dragonriders, though.  Every
  17. time I've said that IC everyone has looked at me in astonishment... as if it
  18. were complete heresy.  Masterharper Robiton and Menolly are not the only
  19. crafter characters in the books who had 'callings' elsewhere.  Characters such
  20. as Wansor and Benelek, Jancis and Hamian, make you realize that Pern has a very
  21. rich craftlife.  Dragons are nice :) and all but some people really don't want
  22. one, thank you very much.
