  20. Thank you, those are important points that would have to considered when
  21. coming up with an alterantive to the PERNMush Model.

  23. What a posted in not meant to be a proposal, it is an observation and request
  24. for comment and ideas. I have yet to develope fully an alternative model.
  25. When I do, I will likely try to set it up a mail list to commect the specific 
  26. proposed alternative model.
