- The policy definitely has changed, although I don't have specific
- dates; I recall Phil Shreffler (who just stepped down as editor of the "Baker
- Street Journal") telling us all about it at a Noble Bachelors meeting a year
- or two ago.
- In any case, Phil (and several other BSIs) will be in attendance at
- the Noble Bachelors' annual Holmes birthday do tomorrow night (for which I
