- It took them 6-8 years to revive the project after Ridley
- Scott abandoned it. Ever noticed Harkonnen's (sp?) castle in
- the movie? That was taken from an original sketch by H.R.
- Giger (who designed the Alien). Dune was originally
- Jodorowsky's then it was passed to Scott (and Giger) who
- ended up making Alien instead.
