  27. It took them 6-8 years to revive the project after Ridley
  28. Scott abandoned it. Ever noticed Harkonnen's (sp?) castle in
  29. the movie? That was taken from an original sketch by H.R.
  30. Giger (who designed the Alien). Dune was originally
  31. Jodorowsky's then it was passed to Scott (and Giger) who 
  32. ended up making Alien instead.
