- Nope, not "Doppleganger," though that's a good guess. No rocket blows up
- at the end.

- The movie is "Journey to the Far Side of the Sun," from 1969. Interesting
- ending (no spoiler) showing the astronaut's frustration at being trapped
- on the "wrong" planet.
