- It is interesting to see how movies concerning this topic, the molested woman who
- turns into an avenger, have evolved over the years. From underground movies in the
- gore/slasher genre like the above mentioned 'Ms. .45' and 'I Spit On Your Grave',
- then semi-mainstream but still excessively violent as in Clint Eastwood's 'Sudden
- Impact', and now to be found among the top grossing Hollywood products like
- 'Thelma and Louise'.

- Can anyone think of other movies along the same line, which take a female
- perspective and lets the victimized woman become the active part in the avenging?
- This would, for example, exclude 'Death Wish' which has Charles Bronson as a
- revengeful father/spouse.
