  19. For those readers outside America, I would strongly advise ordering
  20. books from the JBS - they can be ordered by credit card and if posted
  21. book rate via US mail, are very cheap indeed to buying the same books in
  22. Britain or Europe - if in face they are even available here. I have done
  23. so, and found the servive to be superb.
