  29. Hmmmmm.......I can definitely answer affirmatively here;
  30. the Lexington Herald-Leader publishes the "Top 100 UK
  31. Salaries" on a yearly basis.

  33. Since the UK legal department requires some accountability from the
  34. *original* recipient, I don't know about the anonymous FTP question.  
  35. Of course, someone could just type in the newspaper article......

  37. I should think that UK <or *any* organization, for that matter> would 
  38. object to the distribution of out-of-date information, especially in 
  39. sensitive areas such as salaries.

  41. As far as "preventing" anything or "how far UK is willing to go",
  42. I have no earthly idea; I'm not part of UK Legal, and I've never
  43. read/heard anything about such a case.  I'm not about to attempt
  44. to anticipate the mind of a lawyer.
