  32. I intended to say that I advocated access to all "public" information.  Any
  33. idiot with $0.50 can acquire access to the SoC.  This makes it "public
  34. information".  Phone books, law books, and many other pieces of information
  35. are "public", and, as such, the "public" should have a right to them.

  37. Grades, credit information, private email and any other non-public
  38. information should be strictly guarded and never released without the
  39. consent of the "owners" of the information.
