- I intended to say that I advocated access to all "public" information. Any
- idiot with $0.50 can acquire access to the SoC. This makes it "public
- information". Phone books, law books, and many other pieces of information
- are "public", and, as such, the "public" should have a right to them.

- information should be strictly guarded and never released without the
- consent of the "owners" of the information.
