- How does one get public access to internet and other electronic bulletin
- boards? How much does it cost? Who or what organizations would we be able to
- access? What type of hardware would we require? What are the rules of posting
- messages (ie. can we advertise our products, let hte public know about
- statistical releases ...) We are a Federal Department just investigating the
- possibility of electronic bulletin boards instead of using direct mail
- campaigns. I'd appreciate an answer A.S.A.P. Thank you.
