  12. How does one get public access to internet and other electronic bulletin
  13. boards?  How much does it cost?  Who or what organizations would we be able to
  14. access?  What type of hardware would we require?  What are the rules of posting
  15. messages (ie. can we advertise our products, let hte public know about
  16. statistical releases ...) We are a Federal Department just investigating the
  17. possibility of electronic bulletin boards instead of using direct mail
  18. campaigns.  I'd appreciate an answer A.S.A.P.  Thank you.
