  15. Since (probably) the 1st of january 1993 we observe the following strange
  16. thing:
  17.  Batch jobs submitted with the AFTER qualifier show up in the QUE /LI output 
  18.  with a wrong date, altough we believe they start running at the correct date.
  19.  However, we are a little bit suspicious oif this remains so.
  20.  The systematics seems to be the following
  21.    - year 93 becomes 77, 94 becomes 78 ,...
  22.    - hours are incremented by 4 (00 becomes 04, 10 becomes 14) except from 21
  23.      hours which remains 21 hours.

  25. So a job submitted /AFTER:10:00:7-JAN-93 shows up as 
  26.      BLOCKED UNTIL 14:00-7-JAN-77
  27. but starts running at 10:00:7-JAN-93
  28.  We expirience this on all our PDPs running RSX 11M+ 4.2 or earlier.
