  19. The next NCQADG Software Quality meeting will be held on Friday
  20. February 5 1993, at 9:30 AM at NIEHS auditorium room B, in RTP.
  21. The meeting will include a presentation by Tom Droege on "Demings
  22. 14 Points and Software Development".
  23.  
  24. The talk will consist of an overview of Deming's theories with
  25. practical application as they can apply to the entire software
  26. development cycle, including the business aspects.  Thomas Droege is
  27. president of Droege Computing Services, a local software development
  28. company that develops custom applications for the healthcare industry.
  29. Their software is in over 1000 sites in twenty countries.  He is also
  30. active in the software roundtable, is publisher of the book 1000+ North
  31. Carolina Software Developers and runs the international Developers
  32. Competitions that are held in Durham, NC.  He is also one of the
  33. co-founders of the Quality Roundtable of the Council for Entrepreneurial
  34. Development.
