  27. This is NOT meant as a flame, just as information that your friend may or
  28. may not be aware of (many people are and many aren't). There are a great
  29. many things that a person suffering from allergies can do to reduce or
  30. completely eliminate the reaction. Many doctors will not bother mentioning
  31. this option unless pushed, their opinion is generally that one should just
  32. remove the cats and not bother with alternatives.

  35. know the position of your friend, it is quite possible that she has already
  36. tried this route and it has failed.
