  26. I know you're posting this for a friend, but I should point out that purebred
  27. siamese cats do not come in the colours black, and marbled grey and orange.
  28. Black is a common colour for a cross between a siamese and a domestic cat, and
  29. heavens knows what the grey and orange is (colour point?). True siamese cats
  30. only come in "points", ie their feet, faces, ears, and tails are a different
  31. colour than the rest of the body. The accepted colours are seal, chocolate,
  32. lilac, lynx, flame, and colour points. Purebred siamese also have brilliant
  33. blue eyes, whereas most siamese/domestic crosses don't.

  35. Just for you people out there who don't know the difference - purebred siamese
  36. cats are worth quite a lot, halfbreeds are quite common, I have a black half
  37. siamese, price wise they are considered as domestic cats (ie pretty well
  38. free).
